It does not work for any web sites because flash-plugin now deletes Flash files after they are downloaded. (Linux processes that have opened a file can still use it after it is deleted.) The file is in memory.
To recognize Flash files, Caffeine can use
lsof -n | grep Flash
and
/proc/<processid>/fd
