This behavior is not limited to Flash video. Full screen video from any
source in a browser doesn't inhibit the screensaver.

However, discussing who is responsible for this bug isn't helping to fix
the problem. What is important is who can fix this bug and how can it be
fixed. In an ideal world, the one who is responsible for the bug will fix
it, but this world is far from ideal, so let's be pragmatic and find a way
that is in our control to solve this bug.

If you know of a project I can assign this bug to, feel free to let me
know, so we can work towards fixing this very visible problem.
