I am trying to package bzr-gtk 0.104.0 for MacPorts, but the tarball does not contain the file credits-pickle. During

error: can't copy 'credits.pickle': doesn't exist or not a regular file

This issue appeared before in 0.96.0 and 0.99.0 as described in bug report #397526.
