Bug Description

I am trying to package bzr-gtk 0.104.0 for MacPorts, but the tarball does not contain the file credits.pickle. During the installation, the following error message appears:

error: can't copy 'credits.pickle': doesn't exist or not a regular file

This issue appeared before in 0.96.0 and 0.99.0 as described in bug report #397526.

Yes, it is the same packaging mistake, but a fix of the 0.99 tarball is not a fix for the 0.104 tarball.

It is rather a regression if you want.

The root cause of this - a bug in bzr-stats has been fixed.

The next release should have a credits file again.

Changed in bzr-gtk:
status: New → Confirmed
status: Confirmed → Fix Committed
importance: Undecided → High
assignee: nobody → Jelmer Vernooij (jelmer)
