In Diablo install doc, EC2 credentials setup is missing user:tenant (has just user)

Reported on IRC:

I used "keystone-manage credentials add admin EC2 'admin:admin' %ADMIN_PASSWORD% admin" and the manual uses "sudo keystone-manage credentials add adminUser EC2 'secretword' adminTenant"

Looks like the manual should have

sudo keystone-manage credentials add adminUser:adminTenant EC2 'secretword' adminTenant

Please test prior to making a merge request.
