[sound control plugin] need xterm by default

Bug Description
I'm on Lubuntu precise 12.04 from Lubuntu 11.10
With the sound control in lxpanel you have the ability to access to the parameters of the sound on the right click
When doing that, i have a msgbox asking to install alsa mixer or pavucontrol and it can't acces on this parameters
Alsamixer is installed on me system

In fact, IIt needs to have xterm installed.
Maybe it should be installed by default with lubuntu-desktop?
