zero-sized IMAP external messages

I am now often getting messages with size zero listed in the summary buffer for IMAP folders. External messages are enabled with vm-imap-max-message-size being 20000. If the limit is set to `nil', meaning no limit, then things work fine.

Setting vm-imap-max-message-size to 0 results in all messages being zero-sized.

So, this is a way to easily reproduce the problem.

The 8.2.x branch does not have the problem. So, it is from some recent updates to the trunk.

Some of the recent commits, prior to 1287, might have caused or exacerbated the problem. It didn't happen at a slightly older revision at work.

Need to check to see if it happens in revisions on Thu 2011-12-15 or thereabouts.

The message sizes in the summary are getting updated during `vm-expunge-folder' in `vm-imap-synchronize-folder' (when it calls `vm-update-summary-and-mode-line').

This is a strange place for them to be getting updated. But not all messages are getting updated here. Some are being left behind.
