It seems to me that, this bug can be a duplicate of bug 894214.

removing libsublime1 will very likely fix your problem

To remove a package from the command line, open a terminal (in Unity press ALT+F2 and enter gnome-terminal in the search bar) and run the following command:
$ sudo apt-get remove --purge libsublime1

At the prompt, enter you password
This may remove other packages. If so, then write them down for later reinstallation after the upgrade.
