"Could not calculate the upgrade" error when moving from 11.04 to 11.10

[Ho Ka Wai]

This is Ubuntu 11.04 x64. When upgrading from 11.04 to 11.10, it first gives a "Some third-party packages disabled" warning, followed by the "Could not calculate the upgrade" error. The upgrade rolls back after then.

I'm unduplicating the duplicates. This is a generic error message that may be due to completely different causes.

I have try to fix this issue by fallowing bug

But still I'm having that issue.

I'm trying to upgrade to 11.10. I try to change settings of update manager without success.

Any clue?
