Bug Description
When trying to start the sound recorder, it fails with the following error message:
Could not create the GStreamer GConf audio recording element.
Please install the 'gconfelements' plugin from the 'gst-plugins-good' module.
Verify that the installation is correct by running
gst-
and then restart gnome-sound-

This also affects totem and other packages. We need to install gstreamer0.10-gconf by default, either by seeding or dependencies. Seb, do you know where this should go? You mentioned this a few weeks ago.
