error opening sound recorder in oneiric alpha3

When testing Oneric Alpha3 on my HP-G62 laptop, during testcase: "Test Recording External Microphone - Case ID: hme-002 " when I open sound recorder I get the error message attached.
I was trying to install the gconfelements' plugin from the 'gst-plugins-good' module, but could not find it (if someone can help me I will install it).
