Bug Description
Binary package hint: libreoffice
I changed from Ubuntu 10.10 yesterday and upgraded to Ubuntu 11.04. My computer does not have the hardware to run Unity, so I am running the Gnome desktop, which I like better anyway. I was on Ubuntu 10.10 running Open Office, which I like very well. The upgrade switched me to Libre Office, which is fine as far as the program is concerned. I have had issues, though, with some documents having residual pieces of letters and words lingering between the lines of the document. Also in the top strip of dark grey/blue color that evidently marks this as version 11.04, the words and line are not straight, but also have fragments that should not be there. I have also had difficulties with this on the desktop and in other places. I notice it most in libre office. Libre Office also doesn't save the document automatically like Open Office did. Also under "tools" Thesaurus is listed in lighter print, but does not function.
