Bug Description

SRU Justification:

Impact:
After update to 2.6.38.3 on natty, a commit which caused regression on
resume from hibernate got reverted (commit b65ba42 - Revert "x86: Cleanup
highmap after brk is concluded").

Thus, we don't need anymore to carry the fix for it on natty tree (commit
60d3abc - x86, hibernate: Initialize mmu_cr4_features during boot), to
keep the tree clean and closer to upstream.

Fix: revert now uneeded fix, hibernate should continue to work.

Testcase:
hibernate/resume cycle on x86_64.
For completeness can be tested on i386 generic/generic-pae also (optional).

Accepted linux into natty-proposed, the package will build now and be available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you in advance!

I verified kernel 2.6.38-9.43 in proposed, everything is ok (hibernate is fine, patch properly reverted). Note that this was wrongly applied on oneiric, but already fixed in oneiric master-next.

There is no tag yet for verification-needed-natty here, but as I tested now I'm adding a verification-done-natty tag, please correct that if wrong, thanks.
