We received a report of regression with this kernel which seems related to netfilter (see bug 794096), investigating right now.

Unfortunately also we have another regression with 2.6.38-10.44, can be related to block/scsi changes: bug 793796

The root cause for one of the regressions has probably been found, awaiting final confirmation. The other we only have one report of, and it is from an unresponsive reporter who may be running with third-party kernel modules loaded.

If the cause of the first regression is verified, we will respin this kernel, reverting the upstream patch responsible.
