Scrollbar's slider appears away from the mouse

This happens with nautilus.

It seems it has something to do with the pink bar on top that reads "This is a music player, what would.... [Open Rhythmbox]" or the Ubuntu One bar on top. On folders without that bar the slider appears properly.

That slider is impossible to click because it disappears as soon as the mouse moves away from the orange bar.

slider works when nautilus notification is displayed and when file details stretch beyond the window frame
