  * Don't warn about missing paths when adding wildcard paths
    to the exclude list. This regression was introduced in 2.40.
  * Don't throw an exception when one OKs an empty selection
    when adding dirs. This regression was introduced in 2.40.
  * finded now produces correct results when passed parameters
    with a trailing /. This regression was introduced in 2.40.
  * finded now produces correct results when passed empty branches

Padraig and I have made repeated attempts at updating the version in Debian. I believe chances are good we will succeed soon. So you should expect the new upstream version to hit the next LTS.

    2.42-1 was a private release by Pádraig that never made it into Debian
  * debian/control:
    - add myself to Uploaders and set DMUA
    - bump standards version to 3.9.2
      + add $(misc:Depends) to runtime dependencies
      + improve short description for binary package
    - set VCS information
  * debian/rules: leverage the power of dh7 rules.tiny
    - fixes another lintian error
    - bump debian/compat from 5 to 7
    - bump build-time dependency for debhelper to dh7
  * debian/clean: remove po/*.mo files before building
  * debian/copyright: add my copyright for the packaging
  * debian/source/format: transition to 3.0 quilt format
