[Analog Devices AD1988B] Playback problem, sound works, buzzes. no similar issue in windows7

Bug Description

this has persisted through 3 years of ubuntu upgrades. a buzzing associated with device access like HD, DVD, usb. it seems like an 'interference' coming. The volume of buzz is low and doesn't interfere with normal operation.

Raymond,
My apologies in getting back in touch with you.
I turned off the hardware device for internal audio and the 'noise'
continued.
I think with this platform, I will have to live with it.
