Bug Description

The version of this package (1.6.27) in Debian Lenny and Ubuntu Maverick is very old (three years).

Current stable upstream 1.16.31 is and is downloadable from http://xmlrpc-c.sourceforge.net/downloading.php.

I'm not fully versed on what all of the changes are between the version currently in the repositories and the most current version, but I do know that the dated version in the repositories causes an integer overflow; while when I use a more current version of the library, it does not.
