Bug Description

My system is a Dell Vostro 1320 on which I installed the Broadcom wireless network driver after I had installed Ubuntu 10.04 LTS. I received this error when I tried to install the "flashplugin-installer" from the Synaptic Package Manager.
I also tried to run the Flash Player Install from the Adobe web page and that also failed. I selected the "APT for Ubuntu 9.04+" and then pressed the "Agree and Install Now" button.

I expected the Flash player to be installed as a plugin for Firefox but it fails to complete.

Well,

I cant reproduce the error because I reinstall the OS and that hasn't
ocurred again.

@Alberto,

the build error is:

I don't know why its targeted to Natty though, because it only hits Lucid.

I'm adding a task for Lucid, it affects so many users that it requires a SRU.

And here is the related fix to port to Lucid:
- Bug 580594: Do not #include <linux/autoconf.h> in kernels that include it automatically (2.6.15 or higher)

And this one is very likely needed
- Bug 653899: dkms depend on patch instead of recommending it
