wireless module says failed to upgrade

Bug Description

I did a kernel upgrade to the version in kernel ppa. after which this appeared. and now in the new kernel i don't have wireless support for the same reason.

same problem when i tried reinstalling manually. fails to build for 2.6.35 . . seems to work fine for 2.6.32 though.

update: if kernels from kernel ppa are installed, when the modules are compiled for the new kernel (>=2.6.35), it fails. but this failure also causes the kernel modules built for older (2.6.32) to be removed.

suggestion: only delete for those kernels where building failed. not for all kernels.
