Add simple mastering tools (via LADSPA?)

Bug Description

Currently Jokosher doesn't really have any "real" mastering possibilities...

See the video:
http://bobbyowsinski.com/The_Audio_Mastering_Handook.html

As he (logically) says...

First apply an EQ on the mixed-down project
Then apply a compressor on the mixed-down project
Last apply a hard limit on the mixed down project

All of these effects are readily available as LADSPA plugins.

So to add flexible mastering possibilities it could be as simple as making it possible to add project-wide LADSPA plugins, which are applied after the mixdown of all the tracks.

I forgot to add, there are some usability consideration to implementing this with LADSPA, the primary problem is that the LADSPA GUI isn't very intuitive as-is, this may be partly to blame on LADSPA's design...

The song wide equalizer could quite well be implemented similar to the "Audio Mixers" panel now.

In general it may be a good idea to visually seperate the EQ into three zones:

lowrange: 25-168?
midrange: 168-1566?
highrange: 1566-20000?

The idea was taken from Jamin:

Especially for beginning users the seperation into three zones makes things a lot easier as the Hz numbers may not mean very much to them...

Maybe it's a good codebase to port the EQ from as well?

This kind of EQ seems most popular for mastering purposes:
