Bug Description

related to https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/xchat-gnome-indicator/+bug/473137

currently, xchat-indicator doesn't add an indicator for the active channel tab if the xchat window isn't focused.
xchat-indicator should check if the main xchat window is focused and indicate messages on the active channel tab if the main window isn't focused.
