Kernel 2.6.32-20 crashes on boot on ThinkPad X60s

Kernel 2.6.32-19 boots fine on my ThinkPad X60s (Lucid, all packages up to date).
Kernel 2.6.32-20 crashes.

Please advise how I can provide the stacktrace of the crash of which I only see the last couple of lines.
