Binary package hint: hmake

Hi,

I'd like to merge 3.14-2 from unstable/main to universe:
+ old version has a build-dependency and a dependency on haskell-utils, which is no longer
+ new version uses just plain dh

Upstream changelog is not too helpful:
* Fix build system for ghc-6.8.x.

Testing: I've rebuilt hat, which fails with the same error in Debian bug 522463 (still trying to fix it, imho it's a hat problem, not a hmake one). So, I can't really say that testing succeeded yet :/.
