Searching only allows for one search to be performed

Bug Description

When searching for a project, only one search is allowed to be performed. After a search is performed, the results are listed but the search field and button disappear, thereby disallowing the user to make multiple searches.

Proposal: keep search field and button, even when listing results.

Normally it does repappear. If it doesn't I think that means there was a python error.

Can you create a log file by creating a groundcontrol.log file in your home directory and then re create the problem. Attach the log file?

also let me know what you did a search for.

Hi Martin,

I've had a groundcontrol.log file in my home directory since I started
using your program (I read in a bug report to do that in case anything
goes wrong) and the entire time the file has been at 0 bytes.

Is there another way I can make a log?

Sorry Martin, the log file wasn't filling up because of permissions -- duh.

I've now attached the log.

I traversed to ~/Projects, clicked Fetch Project, searched 'Ground
Control' and the search field stayed there as you said was intended.
Then I searched 'Get Deb' and the string froze at 'Searching Launchpad
- please wait...'

Also, it doesn't look like the results were correct either. The only
tuple returned was

"Get Life Magazine
Culture, inspiration and technology magazine
lp:get"
