Bug Description
The "main" intervention page -- the one a user gets when he or she clicks "Intervention" at the top of the window -- needs to be more useful, and mitigate the application's dependency on email.
Basically, in addition to the current search widget, the user should have a list of upcoming events and an "inbox" of messages, including notes of which ones were successfully mailed to the person or already read through the web interface.

The main intervention page was turned into a dashboard by Bug #507313 , isn't this bug solved by that?
