Bug Description
We need dashboard views listing messages and goals relevant to the user (not the student). This will presumably require some optimization, possibly index/catalog.
The dashboard, with a fieldset for recent messages and a fieldset for recent goals could be added to the existing interventions search view, immediately following the line with the search fields. If the user does a search, the results could appear in place of the two fieldsets.
