after power saving mode screen doesn't reinitialize well

Bug Description
so I configured the power saving to turn off TFT backlight after 4 minutes. After that when I move the mouse to resume from power saving mode sometimes the screen doesn't reinitialize properly, instead it becomes gray, sometimes striped.

It can not only happen when reinitializing the screen after a power saving mode, but also when initializing the screen during the boot process. The same bug was also present in Jaunty, but it got more annoying in Karmic. I hope you can say something. Thank you in advance.
