Bug Description
Recently there was a launcher added for the ubuntuone-
Currently behavior:
Applications-
* on first run opens a browser and lets you sign up for ubuntu one
* if the applet is already running, it opens the preferences dialog
System-
* opens the preferences dialog regardless of the state of the applet
The preferences dialog was necessary to handle the case where a user set the applet to not show the icon, thus preventing the right click to launch preferences.
This late in the cycle, we should probably just remove the launcher from the Preferences menu and stick with the application launcher as a way to get to the preferences. But address this work flow in Lucid.

A slight addition:
Applications- >Internet- >Ubuntu One Client
* on first run opens a browser and lets you sign up for ubuntu one
* if the applet is already running, it opens the preferences dialog
* if applet is not already running but the computer is already got a key for ubuntu one, then it starts the applet and exits silently.
I think the silent exit after starting the ubuntuone- client- applet is confusing, because if I then go and click Internet->Ubuntu One a second time, I get the preferences dialog.
Since we can't really remove the menu item from Internet->Ubuntu One, I guess it's ok to remove Preferences->Ubuntu One. It would be nice to also fix that third case so that when you click on Internet->Ubuntu One when the applet is not running it also pops the preferences dialog.
