Bug Description
If we change something in the config/preferences dialog, e.g: up/download bandwidth limit, the setting isn't stored so it'll be lost on the next syncdaemon restart.
We need a way to persist the settings and load them at startup.

The "Show icon" and "Connect on start" settings seem to be indeed persisted; the "Limit bandwidth usage" is not.
