Bug Description
Binary package hint: grub-installer
To suppress console messages at boot, we can redirect them to tty6. This would be used only on machines installed via graphics monitor, i.e. serial console installations would not add this to the grub command line. i should note that this is a workaround, in case it cannot be easily done via upstart.

I've figured out a cleaner way to do this in usplash and lsb.
