after login in to the ubuntu, the gnome panel dissapear. It's there allright but invisible

Bug Description
Ubuntu 9.10 in testing stage.
The gnome-panel is visible for maby 2 seconds after loged in the system, but after that the panel dissapear. It's there but just invisible. When I want to start something from the panel like gnome menu it's starting alright, but You can't see where the programs are located, the whole panel is invisible.
