Bug Description
Jockey already supports printers and Wifi cards, which often come with USB and are hotplugged. Now we are going to move support for DVB card firmware to it.
Instead of just checking once, ever, we need to make Jockey hotplug aware.
Proposed implementation sketch: udev rules check for classes of devices which we support and whether we have the firmware, and if not, broadcast a d-bus signal. update-notifier picks it up and launches Jockey.
