Update libini4j-java to 0.4.1

A new upstream version (0.4.1) has been released. This should be included in karmic as it is required for netbeans 6.7

Would it make sense to use http://sourceforge.net/projects/ini4j/files/ini4j-src/ini4j-0.5.1-src.zip/download ? (for one it'd be *-src-*, but also it's a newer version).

Unfortunately I can't do that. ini4j-0.5.1 contains incompatible changes from 0.4.1 and NetBeans 6.7 will not be ok with this version. The only thing I can do is to ask NetBeans developers to switch over to the latest version of ini4j in the next netbeans release.

Unfortunately the source of 0.4.1 is not available. It's just .jar files in the .zip file.

It is strange enough but .zip file contains the following .jar file: ini4j-0.4.1-sources.jar
If you extract this .jar file you'll find pure java sources inside. I' m not sure if it is ok for Ubuntu to get sources in a such way, but there are sources. And get-orig-source target successfully extract them from .zip. Let me know if such scenario is not allowed, I'll try to contact ini4j developers. Thank you.

This bug was fixed in the package libini4j-java - 0.4.1-0ubuntu1
