It is strange enough but .zip file contains the following .jar file: ini4j-0.4.1-sources.jar
If you extract this .jar file you'll find pure java sources inside. I' m not sure if it is ok for Ubuntu to get sources in a such way, but there are sources. And get-orig-source target successfully extract them from .zip. Let me know if such scenario is not allowed, I'll try to contact ini4j developers. Thank you.
