Bug Description
Binary package hint: asoundconf-gtk
AFAIK asoundconf-gtk is a wrapper around asoundconf.
The latter has been removed from alsa-utils (1.0.19-1) and is not available in Karmic anymore.
Therefore I think asoundconf-gtk should get removed from the archive, too.

As the original developer of this package, I support the move: it's also particularly difficult to support, as configurations where the user has used it, and also uses PulseAudio (which supersedes it, to an extent), can become overly complex.
