Bug Description

Someone shared some files with me, I got the e-mail and clicked accept. I can see the files in the webinterface but after 45min they still havnt been synced to the "shared with me" folder on my HDD.

connect+disconnect is sufficient to get ubuntu1 to check the cloud again and notice the new files.

Another way to repro this bug is to use the "UPLOAD" button inside the web UI and upload some file. That as well doesn't get synced until you reconnect.

The amqplib code is there and should work in principle, but it isn't. Rather than debugging it I think we should use the txamqp code which does work.

The real cause of this is bug #491994 but since there are so many duplicates of this bug, I'm just noting it here
