Folders become empty on the web after unzipping them

Bug Description
I extracted a zip file with some folders inside to the "My Files" folder
(the zip file was already inside the My Files folder).
All the 5 folders came to Ubuntu one online after syncing,
and the files insde the parent folder (the parent of the 5 others) too, but the files inside the 5 folders didn't (but they are there, at the folder on the deskop!).
