ubuntuone-client does not sync after uploading files through the web interface

I uploaded a file for testing purposes using the web ui. The new file was not synced back to my computer.
After adding some new files again to my synced folder using the ubuntuone-client, files get synced properly.

I would like to suggest adding a 'Sync up'/ 'update' option in Nautilus right click. This will be similar to the 'Sharing Options'

True... To test it, I accessed to web through Windows workstation and sync at the client side occurred only when I disconnected and connected again.

Is there a way to execute this synchronization on-fly ....?

The server just needs to notify connected clients of changes.
