Bug Description
As of today's update (Mar 22) gconf-editor will freeze up when changing a key's value. It will send one of a few messages to STDOUT, one of:
*** glibc detected *** double free or corruption (out): 0x08227420 ***
*** glibc detected *** free(): invalid next size (fast): 0x083d0130 ***
*** glibc detected *** free(): invalid pointer: 0x08104330 ***
To reproduce this, open up gconf-editor and change key's value. This seems to happen more often when double-clicking to change the value as opposed to right-clicking, but I don't know if there is a reason for this.
