[nowardev]

installing kdenlive from repository
create a new project on kdenlive on kubuntu 9.04
then add some pictures, use them on kdenlive

then save the file like kdenlive project

and --------->Segmentation fault (core dumped)

the answer from the developers on the forum about that issue is:

"There was a bug in Kdenlive that caused a crash with Qt 4.5 on document saving. It was fixed in svn, so you can either try to compile the latest svn or wait for Kdenlive 0.7.3 which I hope to release somtimes in april."

I hope ubuntu upgrades the package before release or it won't be very useful if it crashes when saving the project :-(

Confirming this bug. Kdenlive is unusable in production, anything can be saved. It is a major Bug.
Compiling lastest svn (rev.3186) solves this issue.

I can comfirm this issue.
It crashes every time after I add a random .dv file and try to save the project.
I purged every config file and tried to make a clean package reinstall, but it didn't help.
