Previously played Audio track/video name appears on audio/video plugin

When user goes to Music/Video folders plays a music track or a video ,then afterwards if he goes to a audio/video plugin ,and plays a audio/video ,the track/video name of previously played track remains on OSD player throughout the playing of audio/video,even if user goes to next video in that plugin ,the video name is displayed.Only plugin exception to this is movie trailers plugin.

Steps to reproduce

1.Launch Elisa 0.5.28
2.Goto Video/Music->Video/Music library->select a video/audio
3.Play the video/audio
4.Goto any video/audio plugin like Ted talks/Qik mobile/shoutcast

Expected Result : Previously played video/audio name is not displayed on OSD player.

Current Result : Previously played video/audio name is displayed throughout the duration of video/audio and also on next video/audio.

I can reproduce that bug reliably on several different configurations. I suspect it might have been introduced by the changes in the player done for the new tv section, but I might be wrong.

This bug will be better fixed by Anna's implementation of a new signal track-changed (?) in the Player. Every time the model played change, the osd will then be updated (instead of the long and complicated hack we currently have).
