Hi,
in Jaunty i can reproduce this bug.
I tried to install kde on my machine and i always get this error message:

E: /var/cache/apt/archives/kmouth_4%3a4.1.85-0ubuntu1_i386.deb: trying to overwrite `/usr/share/icons/mono/scalable/apps/kmouth.svgz', which is also in package kde-icons-mono

Hi, here is the kde-icons-mono version (see end of this message),
but looks like this issue fixed in kmouth_4:4.1.85-0ubuntu2.
(but i added force-overwrite flag to my dpkg.cfg, to avoid these type of problems...)

My fix was pushed out too late. (Along with a new version) The offending icon was ultimately removed in 4.1.85-0ubuntu2, so this shouldn't be an issue any more after you upgrade your current versions. It probably will always be an issue for lower versions, so you'll need to do the force-overwrite tricks. But after that it will be gone for good.
