My fix was pushed out too late. (Along with a new version) The offending icon was ultimately removed in 4.1.85-0ubuntu2, so this shouldn't be an issue any more after you upgrade your current versions. It probably will always be an issue for lower versions, so you'll need to do the force-overwrite tricks. But after that it will be gone for good.
