The wavelan plugin display isn't accurate

Bug Description

For example, when I'm next to the wireless router the plugin displays 102% of signal.

I use the package xfce4-wavelan-plugin (0.4.1-3build1)
and mi wireless card is an Intel Corp. PRO/Wireless LAN 2100 3B Mini PCI Adapter (rev 04).

right now this plugin does not work because of the transition to the xfce 4.4 panel. Will have to investigate once it is ported to the new API.

For example 'iwconfig' says: "Link Quality=94/100" and the plugin displays '101%'.

I think plugin doesn't read wireless tools information correctly.
