Hebrew Translation of current 0.47

Will be fixed again closer to the final release, I'll keep on watching and if possible to reply me with the final release date on this bug request

Yaron, I committed it to trunk in revision 20127. I hope that you contacted Leon before doing this work. I will send him a notification anyway.

Also, if you are on Linux, please always run './check-markup he.po' inside 'po' directory. I had to fix a couple of unclosed tags ;-)

Regarding final 0.47, it won't be out before spring probably. And we always post news about betas, strings freeze etc, so just subscribe to RSS :)

I used poEdit Nothing came up...Im terribly sorry for that
BTW, not hard feelings but Leon did nothing
He translated less than 6% of the app, I personally think I should be the
official translator, I use the program pretty much and I also install
Inkscape to my clients (as a computer technician)
