Untranslatable strings in Adept 3.0beta

Some strings are untranslatable in Adept 3.0beta (titles in sidebar for example). This should be fixed by adding the missings i18n() in manager.h

Since Kubuntu is moving to KPackageKit for Jaunty, Adept isn't really being maintained upstream anymore: http://web.mornfall.net/blog/farewell__44___adept.html so the patch is mostly just useful to Kubuntu Intrepid.

Peter made a small comeback to fix some annoying (for him, and for the reporters of course ;-) bugs.
Fix committed for beta6, which should be hitting karmic any day now.
