Bug Description
Binary package hint: rarian-compat
While upgrading from Hardy, was about 90% complete when an error message said "upgrade will continue but rarian-compat package may be in a not working state." A few seconds later, another message said "network manager applet could not find some required sources. It cannot continue." The result is that Intrepid will load to the login screen, but won't load gnome after typing name and password. It stalls at a blank yellow-ish screen with nothing on it. Now I'm reverting back to Hardy. Using Dell Inspiron 530, 64-bit machine.
