I had started to fix 4.0.83 before I had realized that the source package was actually 4.0.83, and then I accidentally copied the changelog over from the 4.0.83 source tree...

Here's 4.0.98-0ubuntu1 without the changelog from 4.0.83-0ubuntu3 that never got published.
