Please attach the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade/ to this bugreport.

As a workaround, please remove audacious before the upgrade and add it afterwards again.

Confirming based on requested information in duplicate bug 222345 being received.

Hardy audacious-plugins-extra (1.5.0-1ubuntu1) which is a dependency of ubuntustudio-audio has a Pre-Depends on audacious-plugins (= 1.5.0-1ubuntu1), but audacious-plugins (1.5.0-1ubuntu1) conflicts with audacious-plugins-extra (<< 1.4.2-1ubuntu2), and the version installed coming from Gutsy is 1.3.5-3ubuntu4.1. That's probably why the update fails
